He also gets all his offices and different companies to hire her to decorate their trees and a web designer to contact her and build her an amazing website, plus he gets her a driver to take her to all her job sites. He fires her! He gives her six months severance and a Christmas bonus. Nick is in love with his new employee Star, when he finds out her true passion is her side hustle of decorating Christmas trees for customers he does the only logical thing.
